About the Role
- Develop a deep understanding of business strategies, products, services, and risk profile
- Monitor regulatory changes and assess their impact on risk appetite and objectives
- Analyse data to identify risks, trends, and insights for decision-making
- Provide guidance to business partners on risk policies and frameworks
- Collaborate with compliance, legal, and other key functions to address risks
- Escalate emerging risks, issues, and regulatory concerns to senior management
- Identify opportunities to improve risk management practices and processes
- Support audits, regulatory exams, and key risk remediation activities
- Communicate complex risk topics clearly to stakeholders and executives
