Our Client, a well established Wealth Management firm, is seeking a highly organised and proactive PA on a 3 month basis to provide comprehensive support to a senior executive and their wider department. This is a varied and fast-paced role, ideal for someone who thrives on managing priorities, coordinating communications, and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively manage the Executive’s diary and inbox, prioritising meetings and actions to ensure deadlines are met
  • Prepare briefings, summaries, reports, and presentations for internal and external audiences
  • Coordinate complex travel arrangements and prepare full diary packs, including papers, tickets, and travel information
  • Organise and support internal and external meetings, conferences, video calls, and events
  • Track actions, follow up with stakeholders, and keep the Executive informed of progress
  • Provide high-quality administrative support, including maintaining spreadsheets, databases, SharePoint pages, and management information
  • Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders where appropriate
  • Support document editing and preparation, particularly Excel spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations
  • Manage departmental communications, including monthly updates, presentations, and intranet content
  • Handle general administration such as expenses, invoices, printing, binding, and ordering stationery

Skills & Experience

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and MS Teams
  • Excellent organisational skills with strong time management and attention to detail
  • Confident communicator, able to build relationships across all levels of the business
  • Discreet and professional, with the ability to handle confidential information appropriately
  • Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
