Our client, a growing wealth management platform, is looking for a Client Services Executive to join their Bath based team.

Your responsibilities:
Manage daily tasks, ensuring high service levels and quality
Serve as the primary contact for customers, advisers, and third parties across all channels
Identify client solutions, enhance the customer journey, and suggest process improvements
Participate in team meetings, providing feedback to Operations Managers and contributing to Consumer Duty goals
Understand and follow regulations, swiftly escalate incidents, and support root cause analysis
Complete mandatory training on risk, confidentiality, data security, GDPR, and CASS rules

Your skills:
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and telephone skills
Ability to work independently and in a team to meet objectives
Strong data processing and analytical skills with attention to detail
Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn
Experience in handling phone calls and platform knowledge (training provided)
Knowledge of ISA/SIPP, financial services qualifications, and an interest in financial markets
