We are seeking an Implementation Executive to join a platform in Bristol. You will play a key role in onboarding, training, and supporting new advisers, ensuring they gain confidence using the digital platform and integrated tools. This is a client-facing role where your expertise and proactive support will directly contribute to adviser satisfaction and long-term retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end onboarding of new advisers, including configuration of systems and integration with third-party software
- Deliver tailored training sessions and provide ongoing platform support
- Act as the primary implementation contact during setup and go-live phases
- Create and maintain training materials, user guides, and operational documentation
- Build strong relationships with advisers, paraplanners, and internal teams
- Resolve queries and provide clear operational guidance to ensure efficient processes
Skills & Experience:
- Strong understanding of financial services, investment platforms, and adviser operations
- Experience in implementation, onboarding, training, or customer success roles
- Confidence training and supporting non-technical users
- Excellent communication skills, professional and client-focused
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently with high attention to detail
- Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-oriented
