Client Transition Manager

Our client is looking for a Client Transition Manager to lead complex client migration projects within a financial services environment. This client-facing role will oversee the secure, accurate and timely transfer of client accounts, data and services between platforms, ensuring minimal disruption for clients and advisers.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end client migration projects from initial analysis through to completion
  • Work with internal teams, advisers, ceding providers and third-party vendors to manage requirements, risks and timelines
  • Oversee data migration, validation, testing and issue resolution, ensuring data integrity and regulatory compliance
  • Provide clear project updates and manage stakeholder expectations throughout each migration

About you

  • Client-facing experience within financial services
  • Project management experience, ideally including platform migration or platform switch activity
  • Strong understanding of the UK retail financial services market, adviser landscape and financial products
  • Knowledge of data migration, validation and testing methodologies
  • Excellent communication, organisation, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis and manipulation
