Our client, an established wealth management firm, is looking for a proactive and organised Client Support Executive to join their Employee Benefits team. You will support Financial Planners in administering pensions, health, risk, and wellbeing schemes, ensuring accurate data, excellent client service, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as first point of contact for clients, providers, and internal teams
- Manage employee benefits schemes, including new business, changes, and renewals
- Maintain accurate client and scheme data and CRM records
- Provide administrative support and assist with reports and audits
- Suggest improvements and contribute to team initiatives
Skills & Experience
- Administrative experience with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Experience in pensions or employee benefits administration
- CRM or back-office system experience
