Our client, a growing wealth management and corporate benefits firm, is looking for an organised and detail-oriented Client Support Executive to join their growing client support team. Working closely with consultants, insurers, and clients, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day administration, ensuring an efficient and professional service.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a primary contact for client enquiries, providing timely and professional support
- Produce annual scheme reports and maintain accurate records
- Support claims, underwriting, and policy administration by liaising with insurers and relevant stakeholders
- Process scheme amendments, including new joiners, leavers, and other mid-term changes
- Monitor outstanding premiums and assist with payment follow-up where required
- Prepare and process invoices accurately and within agreed timescales
- Maintain accurate client records across internal systems
About You
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Previous experience in an administration
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- High level of accuracy when working with data
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Awareness of customer-focused and regulatory best practice
Desirable Experience:
- Experience within financial services, insurance, or employee benefits
- Knowledge of Group Risk or Healthcare products
- Understanding of workplace pensions administration
- Professional qualifications, or working towards an industry-recognised qualification
