About the Role
As a Client Services Consultant, you’ll be one of the primary points of contact for our customers – including financial advisers, support staff, and end clients. You’ll handle a broad range of queries relating to our investment and technology propositions, ensuring every interaction delivers an outstanding client experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-class customer service in both B2B and B2C environments
- Respond to inbound calls, emails, and live chats from advisers, paraplanners, clients, and third-party providers
- Make proactive outbound calls to provide updates or clarify processes
- Resolve adviser and client queries efficiently, collaborating with internal teams where needed
- Handle and resolve client concerns or dissatisfactions with professionalism and empathy
- Complete a range of administrative tasks, such as updating client details and account changes
- Create and update knowledge articles to improve service quality and consistency
- Ensure all interactions comply with regulatory standards and conduct rules
What You’ll Bring
- Previous experience in financial services or a customer service role in a related sector
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement abilities
- Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills
- A proactive, adaptable, and collaborative approach
- Working towards or holding an IOC qualification (or equivalent) is advantageous
