A leading UK wealth‑management and investment services firm is seeking a Client Service Administrator to support its investment teams and deliver an exceptional client experience.
About the role:
- Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Manage all stages of the client lifecycle, ensuring efficient and timely administration.
- Act as the key liaison between clients, investment teams, operations, and wider stakeholders.
- Oversee key processes including onboarding, account changes, transfers, payments, valuations, estates, and probate.
- Prepare client summaries, welcome letters, and required documentation.
- Support process improvements by sharing knowledge and collaborating across administration teams.
- Attend client meetings where required and lead on administration-related discussions.
About you:
- Experience in Financial Services, ideally managing end-to-end administration processes.
- Client-facing experience and knowledge of investment operations are desirable.
- Investment Operations Certificate would be beneficial.
- GCSE English and Maths at grade A–C, or equivalent.
