Our client, a leading insurance firm, is looking for a Claims Handler to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key part in supporting members, ensuring claims are handled accurately and  efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, process, and pay claims accurately across a range of products
  • Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of claims activities
  • Communicate regularly with claimants, providing clear updates and support
  • Liaise with partners, treatment providers, and internal teams to resolve queries
  • Investigate and respond to complaints or escalations promptly and professionally
  • Ensure all claims are handled in line with FCA, Data Protection, and regulatory standards


About You:

  • Previous experience in claims, insurance, or financial services is desirable
  • Strong decision-making skills with excellent attention to detail
  • A customer-first mindset, able to handle sensitive queries with empathy and professionalism
  • Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
  • Proactive and adaptable, able to manage workloads effectively to meet service levels
  • High personal standards in attendance, time-keeping, and conduct
