They are seeking a highly organised and proactive Bid Executive to join their Marketing and Business Development team on a fixed-term basis.

About the Role
As a Bid Executive, you will play a key role in supporting the tendering and proposal process, helping the business secure new opportunities and strengthen existing client relationships. Working closely with senior members of the business development team, you will assist in the preparation, coordination, and submission of high-quality bids, proposals, and tender responses.
- Monitoring tender portals and business development inboxes for new opportunities
- Coordinating bid activities from initial opportunity through to submission
- Preparing, formatting, proofreading, and submitting tender documents
- Maintaining and developing a library of proposal content, case studies, and supporting materials
- Recording bid outcomes and gathering feedback to support continuous improvement
- Building strong relationships with colleagues across the business to gather information and develop compelling responses
- Assisting with supplier questionnaires, framework reporting, and other business development activities
- Supporting wider strategic initiatives, including projects relating to sustainability, social value, and diversity and inclusion
- Ensuring all submissions are completed accurately, professionally, and within deadlines

About You
We’re looking for an organised and motivated individual who thrives in a deadline-driven environment and enjoys working collaboratively with a range of stakeholders.
- Previous experience within a professional services, bid support, business development, marketing, or B2B environment
- Strong written communication skills with excellent attention to detail and grammar
- Experience using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Excellent organisational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- The confidence to build effective working relationships across different teams and departments
- A proactive approach with a willingness to learn, develop new skills, and contribute to team success
- A professional and ethical approach, with a strong understanding of confidentiality and client service
- A degree-level qualification is desirable but not essential
