Key Responsibilities:
- Efficient handling of incoming and outgoing post
- Scanning, batching, and processing digital mail
- Maintaining accurate audit trails and digital records
- Supporting administrative tasks including switchboard cover, meeting room bookings, and event logistics
- Delivering a professional front-of-house and boardroom support service
- Supporting day-to-day office operations and ensuring a clean, well-maintained environment
About You:
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to manage priorities and respond quickly to issues or queries
