You will:
Manage and maintain fee earners’ diaries, making appointments and coordinating meetings
Arrange the booking of conference rooms, video conferences, cars and refreshments
Monitor and respond to post and emails, prioritising correspondence
Organise document management and deal with travel invoices and expense claims
Type and format presentations, reports and legal documentation
Prepare agendas, meeting papers, print production and format bids and pitches

Your skills and qualities:
You’ll have a client orientated approach
You will be able to demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and excellent time management
You’ll be an experienced secretary from a professional services background
