The Role:
Our client, a Top-100 Law Firm, are looking for a Team Leader – Business Support to join their Bristol or Birmingham team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone to develop their career in a leading international law firm that offers great benefits.
Your Responsibilities:
- Manage day to day running of Business Support Services Team
- Build relationships with lawyers to understand the work and prioritise tasks effectively
- Encourage an excellent customer service environment
- Responsible for training and developing your team and recruiting new team members
- Work closely with the Business Support Services Manager, Operations Manager, and our HR team
- Identify opportunities for improvement, to ensure we operate efficiently and in line with best practice
- Play an active role in supporting business change taking place across the firm

- Professional leader and communicator both written and verbal
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to build excellent working relationships
- Organised individual with the ability to manage business change across the business
- Experience working within customer service/professional services or legal environment
