Key Responsibilities:

  • Book meetings, conference rooms, travel, and catering
  • Liaise with internal and external attendees
  • Assist with document production, digital dictation, and proofreading
  • Prepare meeting materials and maintain CV databases
  • Support pitch and project documentation
  • Photocopying, scanning, filing, and archiving
  • Open new client matters and manage document workflows
  • Process invoices, expenses, and prepare reports
  • Maintain and update business contact databases
  • Assist on internal projects and ad hoc tasks
  • Help with SharePoint updates, event support, and team communications

About you:

  • Office experience desirable (training provided)
  • Strong MS Office skills and touch-typing ability
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
