Key Responsibilities:
- Book meetings, conference rooms, travel, and catering
- Liaise with internal and external attendees
- Assist with document production, digital dictation, and proofreading
- Prepare meeting materials and maintain CV databases
- Support pitch and project documentation
- Photocopying, scanning, filing, and archiving
- Open new client matters and manage document workflows
- Process invoices, expenses, and prepare reports
- Maintain and update business contact databases
- Assist on internal projects and ad hoc tasks
- Help with SharePoint updates, event support, and team communications
About you:
- Office experience desirable (training provided)
- Strong MS Office skills and touch-typing ability
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
