An accomplished legal services firm in central Bristol are looking for a Senior Renewals Administrator to join the collaborative and friendly team, who are genuine about promoting and enforcing a positive work life balance. In the role, you will be responsible for giving technical expertise to the renewals team in the progression and accurate completion of global parent renewals.
Update and process data within the CMS to ensure official client and internal deadlines are met
Prepare and check documentation for renewal fee payments
Carry out timely billing of renewal fees to clients and monitor outstanding costs
Prepare reports for clients
Handle and respond to client queries and enquiries
Check and update case data within the CMS
Your skills and requirements:
You will ideally have Administration experience in a Legal environment
You will be able to demonstrate experience working in tight deadlines
You need a willingness to learn new skills in a professional service environment
You should be able to work independently and in a busy team
You will need to be flexible and adapt to changes while providing efficient services
