This is a newly-created position for a Senior Legal Assistant – dealing with the firm’s risk management, including compliance. Based in the Southampton office you will help deliver the firm’s risk management and resilience strategy.
What you’ll do
You will be involved in a wide range of tasks in this position to include:
Project work and training (to include policy and process rollouts)
Contracts drafting and procurement management, to include legal retainer/TOBs, supply contracts and tender documentation
Managing the firm’s file review process
Risk management (including regulatory) advice, drafting and support
What we’re looking for
You will be an excellent legal assistant, communicator and team worker with a genuine interest in developing your career in risk management. You might have experience in a similar role, or perhaps have worked as a Commercial paralegal and be looking for a new challenge.

Comparable experience in a similar role
Demonstrable Commercial law and/or risk management or other experience relevant to this role
Excellent communication skills
Excellent organisation and delegation skills, and the ability to share knowledge
