Our client, a top 75 UK law firm, is looking for a Senior Learning & Development Business Partner to join their Bristol or Birmingham Team.
About the role
- Review, design and deliver comprehensive development programmes
- Deliver workshops, e-learning resources and provide appropriate communications
- Work with existing L&D providers and identify new ones according to the L&D needs across the firm
- Work with Senior Leaders to ensure that L&D projects provide commercial solutions
- Ensure the L&D training is delivered in the most effective manner possible, utilising virtual and in person solutions where appropriate
- Develop and recruit other L&D team members
- Work closely with colleagues in the HR department
About you
- L&D experience within the legal sector or a similar environment
- Experience of designing, leading and implementing learning interventions
- Ability to cater learning interventions and resources to different learning styles
- Experience managing and developing staff
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Ability to build strong working relationships at all levels
- A collaborative team player
