Are you a creative and proactive individual with strong interpersonal skills? Do you have experience working in HR and are CIPD qualified?

Our client, a leading international law firm, is looking for a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to join their London team.

Your responsibilities will be:

  • Keeping up to date with changes to employment law and ensuring the firm remains compliant with this
  • Regularly liaising with payroll and managing annual salary/bonus reviews
  • Monitoring performance management as well as disciplinary hearings
  • Recruiting fee earners for assigned industry groups

Your skills:

  • HR degree or equivalent
  • At least 5 years’ experience in HR within a professional services organisation
  • Proficient in IT, particularly Excel
  • Understanding of employment law
