We’re working with a high-profile law firm to find a Senior Events Executive to join their dynamic Marketing & Sales team on a 6-month fixed term contract. This is an exciting opportunity to support with end to end management of high-level international events and with the delivery of some of the firm’s most prestigious internal and client-facing events.
About the role:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of international retreats
- Support major events including away days, conferences, and client events
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders, aligning events with business strategy
- Oversee budgets, contracts, supplier management, and logistics
- Champion event tech. training others and driving best practice
- Own event comms plans and report on ROI with Marketing and BD teams
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to forward planning
About you:
- Proven experience in delivering high-quality, multi-day events within budget
- Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and project management skills
- Confident using CRM and event tech platforms
- Organised, proactive, calm under pressure, and commercially aware
