Our client, a top 100 Legal Firm, are seeking a proactive and professional Senior Administrator to support their busy Trusts, Estate & Tax team. This role will involve working across multiple client teams, ensuring seamless support and excellent client service at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for client and internal queries
  • Managing file opening and closing, including compliance checks, client care documentation, and system updates
  • Conducting conflict searches and preparing documentation for lawyer review
  • Uploading information to client data rooms and maintaining accurate file management in case systems
  • Document production, including audio typing and use of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Managing key dates, diary support, arranging travel, room bookings and couriers
  • Assisting with billing, expenses, cheque requests, and financial transactions
  • Ensuring adherence to policies, procedures, and client-specific protocols

About You:

  • Office-based administration experience
  • Confident with document/case management systems and keen to learn new processes
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication skills, with a professional and client-focused approach
  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • A team player who is flexible, proactive, and detail-oriented
