Our client, a top 100 law firm, is are seeking a Risk and Compliance Assistant to join a busy and growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and keen to develop their skills within a supportive environment. The role involves a mix of administrative support, report preparation, monitoring, and project involvement, offering scope to grow and take on more responsibility over time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Log incidents, including data breaches, claims, complaints, and ethical issues
  • Provide administrative support, including preparing and formatting reports, letters, and spreadsheets
  • Assist with scheduling internal and external meetings, including audits
  • Maintain and update policies, guidance, and intranet content
  • Support the setup of information barriers and risk-related training sessions
  • Track training completion statistics and team expenditure
  • Assist with client due diligence, including ID verification, sanctions, and PEP checks
  • Monitor clients for anti-money laundering purposes
