Our client, a top 100 law firm, is are seeking a Risk and Compliance Assistant to join a busy and growing team. The role involves a mix of administrative support, report preparation, monitoring, and project involvement, offering scope to grow and take on more responsibility over time.
Key Responsibilities
- Log incidents, including data breaches, claims, complaints, and ethical issues
- Provide administrative support, including preparing and formatting reports, letters, and spreadsheets
- Assist with scheduling internal and external meetings, including audits
- Maintain and update policies, guidance, and intranet content
- Support the setup of information barriers and risk-related training sessions
- Track training completion statistics and team expenditure
- Assist with client due diligence, including ID verification, sanctions, and PEP checks
- Monitor clients for anti-money laundering purposes
