Our client, a leading Accountancy Firm, is looking for a qualified audit professional to join a growing Quality & Technical Team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop and influence best practice across a wide network. This role is primarily remote but some travel to the office required to fully embrace this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide accurate and practical technical support to audit teams
  • Act as a key point of contact for consultations and internal technical queries
  • Identify training needs and contribute to remedial action plans to enhance quality
  • Coach audit teams on best practices and quality improvements
  • Create and maintain practical guidance and resource materials covering audit and financial reporting topics
  • Coordinate feedback from the wider team 
  • Assist in the design and delivery of training programmes and materials

About you:

  • ACA, ACCA, or CA qualified (or equivalent)
  • Strong technical knowledge of UK GAAP and/or IFRS
  • Solid external audit experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
