Are you an experienced financial/investment administrator, with experience supporting Private Clients? Are you an excellent communicator with strong Excel skills?

Then this role could be perfect for you.

An award-winning financial services firm in central Guildford are looking for a Private Client Administrator to join the team on a part time basis, working ideally 3.5 days (with some flexibility). You will be crucial in providing full administrative support to a private client, charity and pension team. You will be expected to spend the initial training period in the office, where all social distancing measures are already in practice.

You will:

Collate and help prepare periodic valuation reports
Liaise with the Investment and Banking department on administrative matters including stock transfers and corporate actions
Deal with cash transfers and foreign exchange transactions for clients
Assist with the onboarding of new clients
Collate and dispatch general documentation in the management of client affairs
Ensure familiarity and compliance with FCA requirements

Your skills and experience:

You must have significant experience in a similar role (private client experience)
You have strong numeracy skills
You have excellent communication skills
You will be naturally analytical in your approach to work
You have advanced Excel skills
You have broad knowledge of FCA regulations
