Our client, a top 100 Law firm, are looking for an experienced and highly organised Secretary to join a professional services team on a permanent, part-time basis (two days per week: Thursday and Friday).
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively manage emails and fee-earners’ diaries
- Coordinate meetings, arrange conference rooms and travel
- Assist with administrative tasks such as file management, scanning and maintaining key databases/systems
- Support billing processes, prepare WIP reports, and use internal financial systems
- Draft and proofread documents to a high standard and maintain CV databases
About You:
- Experience in a similar secretarial role, ideally within a professional services environment
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, document management systems and familiarity with client relationship
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise and multitask under pressure
- High attention to detail, a proactive, solutions-focused approach and strong interpersonal and communication skill
- Understanding of billing and financial admin systems is desirable
- Experience supporting business development and event coordination is a bonus
