Our client, a top 100 Law firm, are looking for an experienced and highly organised Secretary to join a professional services team on a permanent, part-time basis (two days per week: Thursday and Friday).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively manage emails and fee-earners’ diaries
  • Coordinate meetings, arrange conference rooms and travel
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as file management, scanning and maintaining key databases/systems
  • Support billing processes, prepare WIP reports, and use internal financial systems
  • Draft and  proofread documents to a high standard and maintain CV databases

About You:

  • Experience in a similar secretarial role, ideally within a professional services environment
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, document management systems and familiarity with client relationship 
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise and multitask under pressure
  • High attention to detail, a proactive, solutions-focused approach and strong interpersonal and communication skill
  • Understanding of billing and financial admin systems is desirable 
  • Experience supporting business development and event coordination is a bonus
