A leading legal services firm is seeking an experienced PA with an interest in a varied workload for this coordinating role. You will be the centre of a successful international legal practice, reporting to the Executive Assistant. Whilst this role will be primarily focused on the PA side, the successful candidate will need to be able to support the Business Support Team when required.
Manage the firm’s diary, email, travel arrangements, typing and document production
Coordinate management meetings and projects
Provide confidential support to the wider partners by minute taking during meetings
Maintain and improve office systems for the Senior Management Team
Support for the regulatory and compliance procedures, the events programme and day to day travel
Assist the team with any other ad-hoc tasks
Your skills and qualifications:
You will have previous PA and Office Coordinator experience in a professional environment
You must have a minimum touch typing of 50 wpm
You are competent with new technology and proficient in Microsoft packages
You have strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritise workloads to busy deadlines
You will be educated to A-level or equivalent with strong written and verbal communication
