Our client, a leading financial services firm, is looking for a Operations Administrator to join their Bristol based team for a 6 month FTC.

Key responsibilities:

  • Assisting the Office Team with postal duties as required, keeping the post area clean and tidy at all times
  • Attending meetings as required to liaise with existing contractors/suppliers
  • To issue staff security access passes for new starters
  • Scanning and filing of documents as necessary
  • Managing the safe custody of asset documents

Knowledge and skills required:

  • High degree of accuracy
  • An efficient verbal and written communicator 
  • A polite and friendly manner and confident telephone etiquette
  • Strong efficiency and punctuality
