A leading financial services firm are on the lookout for an Operational Support Administrator to join their friendly Bristol based team. The successful candidate will proactively facilitate the smooth running of the office and provide support for fellow colleagues.

Key responsibilities:
 Assisting the Office Team with postal duties as required, keeping the post area clean and tidy at all times.
 Assisting the staff with ad hoc requests
 Actively monitoring sundries, stationery and refreshments.
 Attending meetings as required to liaise with existing contractors/suppliers
 Ensuring all essential team materials are maintained and up to date
 To issue staff security access passes for new starters
 Scanning and filing of documents as necessary
 Managing the safe custody of asset documents
 Ensuring all core daily activities are completed
 Delegating and assigning core tasks as necessary to meet deadlines
 Providing support to other members of the Office Team in the Post Room

Knowledge and skills required:
 Previous Administration and Office experience
 The ability to communicate at all levels
 An adequate understanding of various office machinery
 A polite and friendly manner and confident telephone etiquette.
 Strong efficiency and punctuality
