Our client, a Top-75 Law Firm, is seeking a customer-focused Receptionist to join a high-performing team based in London. Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering and directing phone calls promptly and professionally
  • Coordinating meeting room bookings and organising travel as requested  
  • Supporting the facilities team with general office operations
  • Assisting with administrative tasks such as conflict checks, matter opening, and electronic court bundles
  • Handling photocopying, scanning, and courier requests

About You:

  • Administrative experience, ideally within a professional services environment
  • Strong IT skills including Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • A strong customer service ethos, attention to detail, and ability to work to deadlines
  • Flexible, enthusiastic and team-oriented approach
  • Experience with reprographics and outgoing mail processes is desirable
