Key Responsibilities:
- Answering and directing phone calls promptly and professionally
- Coordinating meeting room bookings and organising travel as requested
- Supporting the facilities team with general office operations
- Assisting with administrative tasks such as conflict checks, matter opening, and electronic court bundles
- Handling photocopying, scanning, and courier requests
About You:
- Administrative experience, ideally within a professional services environment
- Strong IT skills including Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
- A strong customer service ethos, attention to detail, and ability to work to deadlines
- Flexible, enthusiastic and team-oriented approach
- Experience with reprographics and outgoing mail processes is desirable
