A leading law firm with offices in central Bristol is recruiting for an Administrator to join their team. You will support the business by triaging enquiries both digital and by telephone. You will also provide administration to the wider team.
· Manage incoming and outgoing enquiries, including communicating directly with clients via emails and telephone
· Allocate enquiries to the appropriate lawyer and deal with any referrals
· Arrange and attend meetings and take notes as requested
· Support the marketing team in helping to convert new enquiries
· Support with all administrative tasks within the team
Your skills and experience:
· You will have excellent organisational skills, accuracy and attention to detail
· You will have strong IT skills in particular maintaining databases and spreadsheets
· You will have a professional and confident telephone manner
· You will have some previous office experience
