Are you looking for your first step in your marketing career? Do you have excellent attention to detail and experience using Microsoft Office including Excel? A leading law firm is looking for a Marketing Administrator to join their supportive and collaborative Marketing team in their Bristol office

Key responsibilities:

  • Producing monthly website stats using Google Analytics.
  • Maintaining data using Excel.
  • Drafting, publishing and maintaining website content
  • Posting content on our social media channels (Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram and Google My Business).
  • Creating and updating literature using Adobe InDesign.

Your background:

  • You have excellent communication skills, written and oral
  • You can prioritise a busy and varied workload
  • Ability to speak confidently with clients
  • Experience with manipulating and visualising data on Excel
  • Any experience with Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Smartsheet, or Salesfusion is a big plus!
  • Email marketing experience is also highly desirable
