Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality administrative and secretarial support, including diary management, travel arrangements, and handling phone inquiries for fee earners
  • Manage document workflows, including formatting, amending agreements, and coordinating with DPD and Reprographics to meet deadlines
  • Perform copy-typing, digital dictation, document proofreading, and preparation of basic PowerPoint presentations
  • Handle legal documentation tasks such as file setup, indexing, and converting between PDF and Word formats
  • Support additional functions like processing expenses, updating contacts in Outlook, and collaborating with Business Development, Marketing, Events, and Finance Teams on specific tasks

Your Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint, with high levels of IT literacy
  • Experience working in a busy corporate environment, demonstrating strong organisational skills and the ability to manage tasks efficiently
  • Excellent client care and communication skills, able to interact professionally and confidently with clients and colleagues at all levels
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing demands, willing to work additional hours when needed to meet deadlines
  • Team-oriented with a collaborative approach, building strong relationships and contributing to a supportive, inclusive firm culture
