Our client, a top 100 law firm, is seeking a Legal Secretary to join their Bristol office within the Disputes and Investigations team. Your Responsibilities:
- Coordinate fee-earner’s schedules, arrange meetings, book facilities, and prepare necessary materials
- Manage emails and client communications, prioritising and responding on behalf of fee-earners
- Organise travel arrangements, including accommodation, itineraries, and expense processing
- Maintain client files, manage document archiving, and handle invoicing and expense claims
- Draft and proofread letters, presentations, and pitches, ensuring compliance with firm standards
- Assist with billing, timekeeping, client records, and business development updates
Your Skills:
- Experience as a secretary in a professional services setting, with solid knowledge of Microsoft applications, document management, and financial systems
- Strong client service approach, advanced communication skills, and effective teamwork abilities
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise calmly under pressure, demonstrating accountability and professionalism
- Detail-oriented, discreet with confidential information, and proactive in problem-solving with a solutions-focused mindset
