Our client, a leading UK law firm, is looking for a Learning & Development Administrator to join their friendly and collaborative HR team in either their Taunton or Plymouth offices. They’re looking for someone professional with a can-do attitude, prepared to learn and develop into the role.

Your responsibilities:

  • Administration of staff inductions including scheduling induction programmes
  • Undertaking all elements of L&D administration relating to L&D events and learning activities
  • Assisting in collating and distributing learning materials, training hand outs, and briefings
  • Administering and monitoring course bookings and promoting courses to relevant staff to ensure maximum take-up of training places
  • Supporting the L&D Programmes Executive with Learning Management System support

Your skills and experience:

  • Able to demonstrate excellent examples of adaptability, initiative, and ownership
  • Highly organised, with excellent planning and administration skills, experience of working to deadlines, juggling a busy workload and priorities
  • Great communicator, team worker, and able to develop effective working relationships within the HR team and with key Partners and Team Leaders internally
  • Excellent Microsoft IT skills essential (Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Professional and a can-do attitude
