Are you a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills? Do you have experience working in financial services and certificates in Financial Planning and Administration?

Our client, a leading financial services company, is looking for a Key Accounts Team Manager to join their operations department.

Your responsibilities will be:

  • Managing the team efficiently to meet business objectives
  • Maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure accurate transmission of information
  • Ensuring team members are properly trained and managed through regular meetings
  • Investigating issues that have been escalated by the rest of the team

Your skills and qualifications:

  • Five GCSEs at grades A*-C including Maths and English
  • Certificates in Financial Planning and in Financial Administration
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Understanding of SIPPs and the pensions market
