Our Client, a top 100 UK law firm, are looking for a Junior PA to provide professional, proactive support to Fee Earners and the wider PA function. This is a fantastic role for someone who is looking to develop their administration and PA skills in a supportive and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide effective diary management and ensuring meetings are fully prepared
- Deal with enquiries from clients, colleagues, and third parties, ensuring smooth information transfer
- Support the billing process and liaise with accounts
- Manage travel, conference, and meeting arrangements
- Monitor Fee Earner mailboxes and assist with correspondence
- Process expenses and support client relationship management
- General administration, including filing, post, drafting correspondence, and supporting compliance
- Assist with deeds registration, file management, and archiving
About You
- Previous administrative or PA experience, ideally within a professional or legal setting
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to work to tight deadlines
- Proactive, solutions-focused, and confident using your initiative
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Discreet, professional, and able to handle confidential information
- High attention to detail and strong IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
