Our client, a top 100 law firm, are looking for a Junior Legal Secretary to join a fast-paced legal team, providing high-quality administrative and secretarial support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diary and email management, meeting and conference call scheduling
  • Booking travel, meetings, and reservations
  • Formatting, amending, and proofreading legal documents
  • Managing workflow to document production and reprographics teams
  • Typing short documents, digital dictation, and file set-up
  • Creating basic PowerPoint presentations and document conversions
  • Submitting expenses in a timely manner
  • Supporting BD, Marketing and Finance teams with team tasks

About You:

  • Experience in a busy corporate environment
  • Strong IT skills in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • A proactive, flexible and collaborative approach to work
  • A professional, client-focused attitude and attention to detail
