Our client, a top 100 law firm, are looking for a Junior Legal Secretary to join a fast-paced legal team, providing high-quality administrative and secretarial support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diary and email management, meeting and conference call scheduling
- Booking travel, meetings, and reservations
- Formatting, amending, and proofreading legal documents
- Managing workflow to document production and reprographics teams
- Typing short documents, digital dictation, and file set-up
- Creating basic PowerPoint presentations and document conversions
- Submitting expenses in a timely manner
- Supporting BD, Marketing and Finance teams with team tasks
About You:
- Experience in a busy corporate environment
- Strong IT skills in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- A proactive, flexible and collaborative approach to work
- A professional, client-focused attitude and attention to detail
