Are you a confident and capable IT Service Desk professional? Do you have exceptional customer service skills and strong decision-making abilities?

Your responsibilities will be:

  • Provide 1st and 2nd line technical support and advice to the Firm
  • Resolving issues within reasonable timeframes and in line with SLAs. Logging all raised and escalating when necessary
  • Supporting the day-to-day workings of the technology installation, including the smooth running of all laptop hardware, software, printers, and smartphone devices
  • Managing the incident process from beginning to end

Your skills and experience:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Happy to work on your initiative, taking responsibility for your workload 
  • Demonstrable technical knowledge and a record of providing high-quality 1st and 2nd line support
  • Experience working with and supporting the full range of Microsoft 365 business productivity tools
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills with the ability to take responsibility for multiple jobs simultaneously
  • A competent problem-solver, adept at decision making
  • Able to work proactively and efficiently to tight deadlines and remain calm under pressure
