Our client, an award-winning financial services firm, is looking for an Investment & Complaints Associate to join a dynamic and collaborative investment platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a varied and complex complaints caseload in line with internal procedures and FCA standards
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders, often in sensitive or contentious situations
- Promote learning and service improvement through root cause analysis and regular reporting
- Review, assess, and resolve business incidents, ensuring any client detriment is rectified
- Collaborate with departments to encourage timely and accurate reporting
About You:
- Experience handling complaints or casework in a regulated environment (not essential)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Analytical approach with the ability to identify service improvement opportunities
- Familiarity with database systems, Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Knowledge of FCA guidelines and a commitment to treating customers fairly (not essential)
