Key Responsibilities
- Support the onboarding of new client and modelled portfolios, including data configuration
- Process bulk transactions and daily dealing activity for client portfolios
- Organise and assist with periodic portfolio rebalancing and fund updates
- Maintain and update model portfolios on third-party platforms, acting as the first point of contact for platform queries
- Monitor portfolio and client-level breaches, ensuring timely resolution
- Produce reports, data packs, and meeting minutes for internal use
- Support investment executives and introducers with day-to-day client queries
- Contribute to team projects, process improvements, and problem-solving initiatives
Skills & Experience
- Strong administrative skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent time management and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Confident communicator, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Comfortable working with online systems and platforms
- Previous experience within Financial Services is advantageous but not essential
- A proactive approach to learning and professional development – willingness to pursue relevant industry qualifications
