In this role you will:
Respond to client instructions accurately and in line with service standards, maintaining confidentiality and demonstrating discretion
Inform account managers, clients and financial intermediaries of specific matters and issues affecting their schemes
Ensure that client deadlines, KPI’s and service standards are met
Proactively identify risk within the department and escalate concerns
Your skills and qualities:
Proven experience with pensions benefit administration
Able to identify data anomalies and issues and correct them
Knowledge of the commercial marketing place and where the company sits within it
