Our client, an award winning financial services firm, is looking for a proactive and motivated Investment Administrator to join their Operations Team.

Key responsibilities include:
- Processing client requests accurately and efficiently
- Supporting other teams across Operations when required
- Communicating with advisers to ensure accuracy and a first-time-right approach
- Identifying and suggesting improvements to processes and systems
- Investigating and resolving any issues that arise during transfers
- Managing transfers in and out from start to completion
- Liaising with advisers, fund managers, and other providers to ensure smooth transfer processes
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation
