Our client, a Top-75 Law Firm, is seeking an enthusiastic, proactive, and highly organised HR Advisor to join their HR team on a full-time, permanent basis.
The Role:
- Providing expert advice and guidance on HR policies and employee relations matters
- Supporting performance management, absence monitoring, and Occupational Health referrals
- Managing HR processes, including disciplinary and capability cases
- Delivering HR inductions and exit interviews
- Maintaining and updating HR systems, databases, and company intranet
- Contributing to strategic projects, such as pay reviews and HR system implementation
- Supporting initiatives around equality, diversity & inclusion, wellbeing, and sustainability
About You:
- CIPD qualification (or equivalent experience)
- HR advisory experience, ideally within the professional services sector
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong organisation and prioritisation abilities
- A proactive, team-focused approach with a commitment to continuous improvement
