Are you an experienced HR professional looking for an opportunity to make a real impact in a dynamic organisation? 
Our client, a Top-75 Law Firm, is seeking an enthusiastic, proactive, and highly organised HR Advisor to join their HR team on a full-time, permanent basis.

The Role:

  • Providing expert advice and guidance on HR policies and employee relations matters
  • Supporting performance management, absence monitoring, and Occupational Health referrals
  • Managing HR processes, including disciplinary and capability cases
  • Delivering HR inductions and exit interviews
  • Maintaining and updating HR systems, databases, and company intranet
  • Contributing to strategic projects, such as pay reviews and HR system implementation
  • Supporting initiatives around equality, diversity & inclusion, wellbeing, and sustainability

About You:

  • CIPD qualification (or equivalent experience)
  • HR advisory experience, ideally within the professional services sector
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong organisation and prioritisation abilities
  • A proactive, team-focused approach with a commitment to continuous improvement
