Your Responsibilities:
- Provide proactive HR support and advice to managers across the firm
- Build trusted relationships to support employee relations and team development
- Manage HR processes including performance reviews, absence, disciplinary, capability, and maternity
- Maintain accurate HR data and ensure GDPR compliance
- Deliver inductions, exit interviews, and support firmwide HR projects including ED&I, wellbeing, and sustainability initiatives
Your Skills:
- CIPD qualified (or equivalent HR generalist experience)
- Knowledge of core HR processes and employment law
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to build relationships at all levels and coach managers effectively
- Team-focused, collaborative, and proactive in improving processes
