Our client, a Top 100 law firm, is seeking an HR Advisor to join their Bristol office. This is a great opportunity for a CIPD-qualified professional (or equivalent) to grow their career with a highly respected firm known for its inclusive culture and commitment to people development.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide proactive HR support and advice to managers across the firm
  • Build trusted relationships to support employee relations and team development
  • Manage HR processes including performance reviews, absence, disciplinary, capability, and maternity
  • Maintain accurate HR data and ensure GDPR compliance
  • Deliver inductions, exit interviews, and support firmwide HR projects including ED&I, wellbeing, and sustainability initiatives

Your Skills:

  • CIPD qualified (or equivalent HR generalist experience)
  • Knowledge of core HR processes and employment law
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to build relationships at all levels and coach managers effectively
  • Team-focused, collaborative, and proactive in improving processes
