Do you have experience in Financial Services Administration? Are you confident, self motivated and able to work effectively in a team? 

Our client, a financial services firm, is looking for a Financial Services Administrator to join their team. 

Your responsibilities: 

  • Assisting in the preparation of annual reviews and complete files to meet compliance standards
  • Liaising with providers and clients by telephone/correspondence in relation to new and existing business 
  • Assisting in the preparation of simple suitability reports
  • Processing and submission of new business and monitoring applications
  • Input of adviser fees/commission and the raising of invoices
  • Chasing of adviser fees from provider
  • Processing amendments to existing plans e.g. fund switches
  • General administration duties and updating and maintaining client information through Intelliflo
  • Personal Diary management in Outlook and Intelliflo

Your skills: 

  • Good understanding of Microsoft, including, Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Knowledge of Intelliflo would be advantageous
  • Experience in Financial Services Administration 
  • Ability to multi-task 
  • Strong numeracy and reporting skills 
  • Excellent attention to detail
