A well regarded financial services firm is on the lookout for a Facilities Administrator to join the team on a 9 month FTC.
Responsibilities would include:
Preparing supply requisitions
Organising the office layout and maintaining supplies of stationery and equipment
Maintaining the condition of the office and arranging for necessary repairs, also waste services
Setting up and managing office contracts and tenancies with third party suppliers
Arranging regular testing for electrical equipment and safety devices
Keeping the post area and store cupboard clean and tidy at all times including packaging disposal.
