A well regarded financial services firm is on the lookout for a Facilities Administrator to join the team on a 9 month FTC.

Responsibilities would include:

 Preparing supply requisitions
 Organising the office layout and maintaining supplies of stationery and equipment
 Maintaining the condition of the office and arranging for necessary repairs, also waste services
 Setting up and managing office contracts and tenancies with third party suppliers
 Arranging regular testing for electrical equipment and safety devices
 Organise couriers.
 Keeping the post area and store cupboard clean and tidy at all times including packaging disposal.
