Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies using HubSpot.
- Manage and optimise HubSpot CRM and marketing automation tools.
- Design and implement a referral marketing programme.
- Analyse client behaviour and marketing performance to improve and refine campaigns.
- Collaborate with business development and stakeholders to align marketing with other objectives.
- Oversee content marketing, SEO, PPC, and social media campaigns.
- Maintain and improve the firm’s website and digital presence.
- Ensure compliance with regulations relevant to the professional services sector.
About You:
- Experience in a similar digital marketing role within professional services.
- Knowledge of HubSpot including automation, lead nurturing, CRM, and analytics.
- Expertise in B2B marketing, SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media strategy.
- Strong analytical and project management skills.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Familiarity with compliance considerations in a regulated industry.
