Our client, an award-winning investment and technology solutions firm, is looking for a Dealing Associate to join their team.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring that the daily dealing files have been prepared and uploaded to EMX, Calastone and Stocktrade before the internal cut off point
- Carrying out any internally requested Fund Switch and rebalance requests in a timely manner
- Setting up any new agency and nominee accounts with new Fund Managers
- Dividends
- Incident corrections/fixes
- Contract processing
Your skills and experience:
- Previous experience of dealing with OEICS, Unit Trusts and Equities
- Previous experience of using EMX, Calastone and Stocktrade
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Good communication skills
- Optimism and a ‘can do’ attitude
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, including strong Excel knowledge
