The Role:
Our client, a Top-100 UK law firm, is looking for a Data Compliance Officer to join their team in Tunbridge Wells.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring the firm’s compliance with data protection laws and safeguarding personal data
- Responsible for handling data protection and the prevention of data breaches, and reviewing the current data protection practices and policies
- You will establish guidelines for data compliance practices and policies
- You will conduct a review of digital records management supporting the cloud migration project
About you:
- Up to date knowledge of GDPR and the Data Protection Act 1998 and related regulations
- Knowledge of the Anti-Money Laundering Regulations, the Bribery Act 2010 and Criminal finances Act 2017.
