Responsibilities

  • Welcoming and onboarding new customers, ensuring they have all the information they need
  • Handling customer queries and resolving any issues efficiently
  • Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell relevant products and services
  • Maintaining accurate client records and updating customer details
  • Adhering to company policies and compliance procedures
  • Meeting sales and retention targets in line with company objectives
  • Collaborating with team members and other departments to deliver excellent service

About You

  • Previous experience in customer service and/or sales is beneficial
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately
  • A team player with a positive, self-motivated attitude
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle queries efficiently
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and customer management principles is desirable
  • Strong time management and organisational skills
